The project was my main unit for my elementary placement. In this unit, students created a landscape that included both geometric and organic shapes. We used a variety of materials for this project including, water-soluble colored pencil, markers, crayons, and a collage element. Throughout the project, students learned the differences between realism and abstract art. Within this project, students had a lot of choice in color and placement of different elements.
